Carolyn Morris, President

Carolyn was elected to the Board of directors in 2009 and currently
serves as Acting President. Carolyn has been a member of OUCH
since 2005. Carolyn is a supporter to her husband Jim. Jim
started having headaches in April of 1981 and was lucky enough to be
diagnosed within 3 months of them starting. Carolyn and Jim also
have a daughter, Sarah, who also has chronic health problems.
Carolyn has a B.A. in psychology and spent numerous years as a
counselor and an advocate. She is currently employed as a
merchandiser.

Jerry Callison, Secretary

Jerry is willing to do what is needed to help the
Board of Directors of OUCH. He serves wherever OUCH needs him.
He brings people skills and Ministerial training to the OUCH
Board. Jerry has worked in management, primarily operational, on
various occasions. He has also worked with teens, primarily Jr High,
for about 30 yrs. Jerry was also an officer with Augusta Rose
Society (GA) for two years.
Jerry currently has one year of service on the OUCH Board.

Sandy Cullen, Treasurer

Sandy was
elected to the Board of Directors in 2009 and serves as Treasurer. She
has
been a member of OUCH for several years, and has been an episodic
cluster
headache sufferer since 1999. Due to family medical history and health
problems, Sandy has chosen to use only Oxygen and herbal remedies to
prevent and
abort cluster headaches.
With over twenty years of experience in
the
field of lighting design and sales of parking lot lighting for
commercial
properties throughout the US, she opened her own business, Cullen
Lighting
Solutions, and is now self-employed.

Susan Jeffrey, Vice President
Sue was
elected on the Board of Directors in 2009 and currently serves as Vice President.
Sue has worked
primarily in the financial field in accounting, actuarial and corporate
real
estate along with having owned a financial planning business for several
years. After returning from the States back to Canada she made a career
change and is currently working with the Mentally Intelligent - Autistic
individuals who never seem to stop amazing her with their truly amazing
intellectual mannerisms.
Sue has suffered from episodic Cluster
headaches for 8 years after never having a headache in her life.
Conventional medications have had an adverse affects for her with many
side
effects, especially due to suffering with vertigo and tinnitus. After
experimenting with several medications she was finally prescribed
morophine
which if taken prior to sleeping usually seems to be effective. Over
the
years her headaches have progressively gotten worse, more often - up to 8
per
night and hitting a KIP scale of 8-9 on
average.

Linda
Howell, Family Services

Linda
first served on the OUCH Board of Directors from 2003 to 2005. She then
served nearly 3 years as chair of Family Services and was again elected
to serve on the Board of Directors in 2008. Linda currently serves OUCH as chair of Family Services.
Linda
has been a chronic sufferer for over 21 years and first registered with
ch.com in 1998. She has
been a member of OUCH since its inception and has strong-armed her
husband Jim, who has an extensive back-ground in non-profits, to become
active in OUCH.

Jackie Warrior, Director
Jackie
has been a supporter to her husband, Blake, for over 20 years. She
has been a member of OUCH for almost 10 years and serves on our
Family Services Committee.
Jackie has made a career in
manufacturing having started her own company 35 years ago which she
still runs today. She has served in several philanthropic and
service organizations. She was a board member and President of Kosko
Conservation Club for 10 years and accepted an appointment by her
Governor to sit on a panel of business people to advise MACOG and
help with the JTPA.
Jackie and Blake live in northern
Indiana where they enjoy golf, bridge, bass fishing and shotgun
sports. They have 2 grown sons and 3 grandsons.

Val Walker, Director
Val recently completed her Bachelors degree in Social Sciences for
Secondary School Education. She is pursuing a Masters in
Education and Teaching Credential. She has professional
experience managing restaurants and in financial contract
administration. She enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, gaming,
and people!
Val has been involved with various organizations for some time.
OUCH is important to her, and she will do all she can to fight to
improve the lives of those affected by clusters.
Val has had chronic headaches since 2005. She first experienced
two different types of migraines, and then began suffering Chronic
Cluster Headaches as well a few years later.
