Convention Registration Information

Full Convention Registration:  $100

Registration includes: 

  • Meetings & Technical Sessions 

  • Dinner & Auction on Saturday

  • Convention T-Shirt

  • Goodie Bag with O.U.C.H. and other items

Late registration after 6/20/2010 will be $125.

Guest Registration:  $60

Guest registration includes: 

  • Dinner and Auction on Saturday and a Convention T-Shirt

 

 

Late registration after 6/20/2010 will be $70.

Students with current ID Registration: $15

Student registration includes:

  • Lectures Only

 

Late registration after 7/15/2010 will be $20.

 

This year's convention will actually cost everyone less than last year. We ask that those opting to pay at the convention, please use Deposit Option below to help us get a more accurate head count for ordering meals.  We will only be ordering meals for those registrations/deposits we receive by July 1, 2010.  If you have any questions, please contact Helen or Louise at convention@ouch-us.org.

Cancellations and Refunds

In case of cancellation, the following refund rates will apply:

Before July 1 - 75% of registration fees will be refunded

After July 1 - 50% of registration fees will be refunded
