Convention Registration Information

Full Convention Registration:  $125

Registration includes: 

  • Meetings & Technical Sessions 

  • Dinner & Auction on Saturday

  • Convention T-Shirt

  • Goodie Bag with O.U.C.H. and other items

Late registration fees now in effect.

Guest Registration:  $70

Guest registration includes: 

  • Dinner and Auction on Saturday

Student registration includes:

  • Lectures Only

This year's convention will actually cost everyone less than last year. We ask that those opting to pay at the convention, please use Deposit Option below to help us get a more accurate head count for ordering meals.   If you have any questions, please contact Helen or Louise at convention@ouch-us.org.

The preferred method of registration is check or money order, payable to OUCH

Cancellations and Refunds

In case of cancellation, the following refund rates will apply:

Before July 1 - 75% of registration fees will be refunded

After July 1 - 50% of registration fees will be refunded
