Member's Login Guide

In order to access the Member's area or the Business Board, you must first be a member of O.U.C.H.  If you are not a member, please click on the JOIN OUCH tab above .

You will be directed to a new member form where you will register as a member of O,.U.C.H (it's free).

When you have completed the New Member form, you will be directed to an instruction page for creating your Member area username and password.  Please read the instructions carefully.

Please note:  the program will ask for a six (6) character username and password, but a bug in the program requires a SEVEN (7) character
username and password.  Please do not use spaces in either the username or password.  Both Username and password are case sensitive.

Passwords which use a combination of letters and numbers are more secure.

You will receive a confirmation email after you have created your Member username and password.  It is not necessary to wait for the confirmation email to begin accessing member content.  You can now log in using the MEMBER LOGIN tab above.  If you have pop-ups blocked, please add www.ouch-us.org to allowed sites in your pop-up blocker settings.  Enter the username and password exactly as you entered them into the new member form.

Once you are logged into the Member's area, you can see all Member content EXCEPT the Business Board.  You will have to register again on the Business Board in order to use that forum.  To register, click the "register" button at the top right on the business board masthead. The rest is self-explanatory.
